Every Step

​We were never meant to see all the details….


For the longest time I tried to make my OWN destiny WITH God’s help not TRUE SURRENDER. 


I see him differently now. He’s not just a God who you go to for tips throughout your life. He’s a personal God who shows you the way to go with each step you take. You don’t have to try to pick the right path, he leads you where he wants you to go.


Proverbs 16:9 “We can make our plans, but the LORD determines our steps”


The small light of the star is what we can see but God invented the whole universe. We try to make galaxy size choices through  star size perspectives.


We try to help GOD in our life. Wondering when he will bring about a change, that he knows you’re not fully prepared for. Like we need to somehow help God speed up his perfect process. Sometimes I say things like, “just show me the right path that way I can avoid all the preparation”. Not knowing I needed the preparation to be on the path GOD has for me.


Testimony Time….


I took my final for college algebra and failed it. C and above WAS passing and I had a D in the class. I got so angry that God didn’t do anything to help me pass. However, I was confused why I still got credit for the math class. It turns out, 67% or higher was passing.  I got a 67.03%. I’m fully convinced the .03 represented the trinity (Father,Son,Holy Spirit). God allowed me to pass while I was upset that he didn’t pass me.

I saw my itty bitty star, when he was making decisions based off that Milky Way. 


It wasn’t WHAT I was looking at that changed, but HOW I was looking at it that changed.


Changing your perspective changes how you live your life.

It all comes down to this…


Be intentional with every step. God already has a plan, just walk it. He is the Creator of the Heavens and the Earth.

Choices

Hi everyone, I know it’s been a while since my last post but God put something on my heart to talk about right now. I’ve recently had very difficult weeks of school. My mood swings were so frequent and I had little to no time to read my Bible. Because of this, the devil tried hard to tempt me by using my feelings to get to me. However, it took me a while to realize I’m a lot stronger than he realizes. This past afternoon I felt like I was in the pits of darkness. Those times when you feel there’s nobody you can go too. The thing is though, you have a CHOICE. You can choose to go into solitude in order to seek God or to seek depression. See, when you have God you don’t have to rely on your feelings to get you through situations. You can lay down everything you think about, your feelings, and your situations at the foot of the cross.
